ANGOLA November 11, marks the 33 years of Independence of Angola, commemorated with the conclusion of the legislative elections held on September 5, where, the great winner of the process, the Angolan people, showed being pacific, freedom lover and conscientious that great conquests in the politic, economic and social domains are only possible in a environment of peace, stability and concord. The civism and the high spirit of pacific living during the electoral period became one of the biggest conquests of Angola, demonstrating, once more, to Africa and the world its capacity to affirm itself as united and determined nation steering towards the well-being of all. In likely manner, the endogenous and peculiar form as the Angolans have been able to find the adequate solutions to their problems regarding national reconciliation, fight against hunger, poverty, the materialization of the subprogram for alimentary security or alimentary auto sufficiency, the economic growth, the access to the housing credits and home loans, the formation of partnerships between the State and the private sector, the rehabilitation of the extraction industry and iron transformation, increasing the production of cement and all type of building materials, promoting their trade at affordable prices, the improvement of the health and the education network, as well as a territorial integrity fill with pride and inspire confidence in the citizens for a better future. Another conquest that has raised the name of Angola in the Nations context, particularly amongst international financial institutions is associated with the big transformations in the Angolan economy, since it started to evolve from a socialist to a market one. The conquests reached by the Angolan people, from Cabinda to Cunene, throughout the 33 years of independence must be preserved and recognized, be it at a national or international level, by the firm enrolment of the Government in the execution of its actions having in sight the economical recovery of the country and its persistence in search of solutions for the construction of a world of peace based in Law and Justice. Therefore, the moment is now of confidence in an Angola each time more democratic and capable of affirming itself as a true State. |
