POWER OF ATTORNEY

 

Necessary documents:

  1. Letter addressed to the Head of the Consular Sector requesting the power of attorney;
  2. A handwritten or typed Power of attorney done by the person making the request (the powers to be granted must be precise and concrete);
  3. Personal Identification document from both the grantor (person that grants the powers), and the proxy (person to whom the powers are granted) (Angolan Identity Card or passport);
  4. Up to date Consular Registration;
  5. Pay by certified check or Money Order issued to the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Canada (the payment in cash will only be accepted in exceptional situations);
  6. Please consult the Table of Consular Fees in accordance with the type power of attorney requested; (a link for the Table of Consular Fees has to be made)

DELIVERY TIME:

3 business days counted from the date of the reception

SCHEDULE:
Days for reception of processes: Monday to Friday;
Business hours: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.;

NOTES:
NOTE 1: The non-fulfillment of some of the points does not imply the refusal of the process.
NOTE 2: Whenever it is necessary, the consulate reserves to itself the right to ask for other documents, as well as for calling for interview.
NOTE 3: In case of doubt, contact the consular sector for more information.

 

 N.B. All incomplete visa applications will be rejected.
