Necessary documents:
- Letter addressed to the Head of the Consular Sector requesting the power of attorney;
- A handwritten or typed Power of attorney done by the person making the request (the powers to be granted must be precise and concrete);
- Personal Identification document from both the grantor (person that grants the powers), and the proxy (person to whom the powers are granted) (Angolan Identity Card or passport);
- Up to date Consular Registration;
- Pay by certified check or Money Order issued to the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Canada (the payment in cash will only be accepted in exceptional situations);
- Please consult the Table of Consular Fees in accordance with the type power of attorney requested; (a link for the Table of Consular Fees has to be made)

Business hours: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.;
NOTES:
NOTE 1: The non-fulfillment of some of the points does not imply the refusal of the process.
NOTE 2: Whenever it is necessary, the consulate reserves to itself the right to ask for other documents, as well as for calling for interview.

N.B. All incomplete visa applications will be rejected.
