NOTARIZATION OF SIGNATURES

 
 

Necessary documents:

  1. Letter addressed to the Head of the Consular Sector requesting the notarization of the document, with the explanation of the reason;
  2. Valid personal identification document;
  3. Document with the signatures to be notarized
  4. Consular registration up to date;
  5. Money Order on behalf of the Embassy of Angola in Canada (please consult the Consular Table Fees); (a link for the Consular Fees Table has to be made);

It is important to note that all documents concerning the process must be translated into Portuguese and notarized by the Consular Services of the Embassy of Angola in Canada.

Obs. Whenever necessary, the Consular Sector reserves to itself the right to ask for other documents, as well as to call for interview.

 

DELIVERY TIME:
3 business days counted from the date of reception of all the requested documents.

 

SCHEDULE:
Days for reception of processes: Monday to Friday;
Business hours: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.;

NOTE 1: The non-fulfillment of some of the points does not imply the refusal of the process.
NOTE 2: Whenever necessary, the Consular Sector reserves to itself the right to ask for other documents, as well as to call for interview.
