Necessary documents:

1. Original and copy of one of following Angolan documents:
   • Identity Card;
   • Birth certificate issued in Angola;
   • Birth Book;
   • Angolan Passport pages 1, 2, 32 and the ones that contain visas.
2. Two (2) original, equal and recent color photos, passport-type, with deep white background and without dark eyeglasses (Except when medical recommendation is proven):
3. Application forms properly filled with black ink pen, in capital letters, one letter per square, with no errors or deletions. In case of doubt you should request consular aid to fill up the forms.
4. Original and copy of the valid Consular Registration Card.
5. Declaration from the School (when student).

DELIVERY TIME:
3 business days counted from the date of the reception of all the requested documents.

SCHEDULE:
Days for reception documents: Monday, Wednesday and Friday;
Business Hours: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.;

NOTES:
NOTE 1: The non-fulfillment of some of the points does not imply the refusal of the process.
NOTE 2: Whenever necessary, the consulate reserves to itself the right to ask for the other documents, as well as to call for interview.
NOTE 3: In case of doubt, contact the consular sector for more information.
NOTE 4: Payment is not required for the Military Registration.
