REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Angolan nationals and foreign investors interested in submitting a proposal to National Private Investment Agency (ANIP) can obtain an application from ANIP for a fee of US$ 150. This form can be purchased at the offices of ANIP in Luanda.

Our project analysts guide potential investors through the completion of the documents that support the application.

Proposal Package Translation.

It is important to note that all documentation in the application package must be translated into Portuguese and certified by the Angolan Embassy in the country of residency of the investor.

A complete application includes the following documents:

 
  • An Application.
  • A description of the proposed project.
  • Prior Declaration (A Declaração Previa) form for investments up to US$5 million.
  • Documentation that identifies the applicant's legal standing.
  • Ministry of Commerce Certificate of Admissibility for investors planning to set up a company in Angola.
  • Power of Attorney, if applicable.
  • Criminal Record Certificate (for individual investors).
  • List of the equipment (to inform if is new or worn-out) and facilities to be used for the project.
  • By-Laws and Board Minutes if the investor is a partner in an existing company.
